Cancellation & Refund Policy

Pioneer Media Academy is committed to providing clear and fair policies regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read carefully:

1. Cancellations 5+ Days Before Course Start:
   You may cancel your enrollment up to 5 days before the course or workshop start date without any deduction.

2. Cancellations Less Than 5 Days Before Course Start:
   If you cancel less than 5 days before the start date, a deduction of EGP 500 will be applied from the paid amount. The remaining balance will be refunded.

3. Cancellation on Course Start Date:
   Cancelling on the day the course begins results in a 50% deduction of the course fee. The remainder will be refunded, whether you attended the first lecture or not.

4. Group Transfers:
   Transfers to another group after the course begins are not allowed.

5. Refund Processing:
   All refund requests must be submitted within 14 working days. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

6. Violation of Terms:
   If these terms are violated, Pioneer Media Academy reserves the right to refuse the refund.
