Welcome to Pioneer Media Academy. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Certification Name:
   Your name on the certificate will appear exactly as submitted to us.

2. Studio Hours Usage:
   Free studio hours included with your enrollment can be used during or up to 45 days after the course. Postponing or canceling studio sessions after booking is not allowed.

3. Attendance Requirement:
   You must attend at least 75% of course lectures to qualify for certification. Recorded lectures on Zoom must be downloaded within 3 days of release.

4. Payment Terms:
   Full payment is required before the first lecture.
   For courses allowing installment payments, the maximum installment schedule begins after the first lecture.

5. Schedule Changes:
   Requests to change course dates incur an administrative fee of EGP 350 if requested less than 5 days before the course start. Postponements are not allowed once the course has begun.

6. Late Entry:
   Delayed course entry is allowed for a maximum of 60 days from the date of payment. You are responsible for coordinating with us regarding the new schedule.
